Alarm not ringing

Drill Alarm requires iOS 26.1 or later and permission to schedule alarms. Open iOS Settings, find Drill Alarm, and confirm alarm access is enabled. Keep your alarm switched on inside the app and verify the next alarm time on the Alarms tab.

Camera or rep counting problems

Allow camera access in iOS Settings, prop your phone at roughly waist height, and keep your full body visible. Use the screen fill light or turn on a room light if the app cannot lock onto your pose. Camera frames are processed on-device and are never recorded or uploaded.

Subscription and restore purchases

Open Drill Alarm Settings and choose Restore purchases while signed into the same Apple Account used to subscribe. To change or cancel a plan, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Apple processes all billing; Drill Alarm never receives your payment details.

Data and privacy

Drill Alarm has no account system. Alarms, sessions, reps, and streaks stay on your iPhone, with a small iCloud key-value backup when available. Read the full privacy policy for details.
